About Us

Our Board of Directors come from different professional backgrounds - mental health professionals, church organizations, business, Human Relations, Executive Teams, Coaching. They serve as promoters of mission and encouragers of goals for all of our volunteers and staff members. Their guidance is without parallel. Our staff are professionals in their own right holding licenses and certifications in each of their disciplines and having years of experience doing what they do best - serving others.

We work with communities, churches and individuals who are looking for growth - personal, spiritual, educational or purpose.  Our team building seminars are often requested to assist groups who are looking for an expansion of their vision or mission.  Our community outreaches serve under served groups - not the often seen or often enabled.  Our work focuses on a search within, and an assessment of what resources are readily available.  We do not provide unending resources to replace personal responsibility or personal engagement in self-fulfillment.

 We want to see people reach for all they were designed to be.  And we believe that happens by teaching them how to discover that personal design. Then we engage every person in looking for ways to benefit their community - through giving time, expertise, labor, creativity, funds or prayer support.
